Summary: The New World Order consists of the Anunnaki imposition of genetic interbreeding of 'greys' and humans. Genetic replacement of humans by hybrids is encoded in the Torah, to be done by the returning Anunnaki of Nibiru, from Uruk (biblical Erech in ancient Sumeria), Iraq starting in 2010, when they first return, and finishing in 2041 (Hebrew calendar year 5801 as en- coded in the Torah). This year reflects precise symmetry of the year 2041 BCE, when the king of Sumeria, 'Amraphel,' launched the War of the Kings, as described in Genesis 14; see Sitchin 2007, p.80.

Where and When are answered in the other Anunnaki creation, the Torah text - where they will return and when ... Babylon and Uruk (biblical Erech), starting as soon as September 2009 through September 2010 (Hebrew calendar year 5770). Preparations for this return requires pre- paring southern Iraq with appropriate conditions and welcoming ceremonies - thus the March 2003 invasion of Iraq and ongoing struggle to pacify it.
